Exchanges and Returns
Returns are only available for Boutique items. For these items, returns will be accepted up to 30 days after your order has been received. Returns must arrive in their original condition and there may also be a 25% restocking fee unless there was an error on our part.

We do not accept returns on personalized orders UNLESS there is an error on our part.

Upon receiving your item, a refund will be made (minus the postage cost and possible 25% restocking fee) within 1-3 days. For exchanges, please write the desired item on a note and it will be dispatched to you within 1-2 weeks.
