Plain&Simple Decor and Boutique is a father–daughter owned business based out of Joplin, Missouri. This journey began in 2017, when Tim and Kelsey created signs for Kelsey’s wedding. What started as a meaningful family project soon grew into a passion—and with God’s continued blessings, it has since blossomed into something much bigger.
